Why we do not publish a success rate
These letters are a record rather than a statistic. A success rate is a claim that no consultancy in this field is able to substantiate, and outcomes are decided by ICA alone. We would rather show you 10 genuine documents than quote a figure we could not stand behind.
We have watermarked each letter and removed applicants' names, case references and all other identifying details. The letters are published with the consent of the clients concerned and are reproduced in their original English.
