Immigration Express is a Singapore immigration consultancy advising individuals and families on Permanent Residence, citizenship, work passes and family relocation. We are a private firm with an office you are very welcome to visit, and we are open seven days a week, including public holidays.

Immigration Express is one of eight companies in the MCI Group of Companies. The group has been placing, employing and advising people in Singapore since 2007, and Immigration Express is the company that handles Permanent Residence, citizenship, work passes and family relocation.
This matters for a specific reason. Most Permanent Residence cases depend on employment, and the group has provided work pass, payroll and HR advisory services since 2013. When a question about your application also involves your employment, it can be answered within the group.

MCI Career Services opens with six consultants, placing permanent, temporary and contract staff across twenty industries in Singapore. It has since placed more than 100,000 candidates.

MCI Consulting
Work passes and HR advisory
MCI Consulting is established to provide work pass, payroll and HR advisory services, under MOM employment agency licence 13C6730, which is held by that company. This marks the group's first direct work on Singapore pass applications.

MCI Outsourcing
Managed services at scale
MCI Outsourcing begins providing customer service, logistics, warehousing and back-office functions as managed services. It later wins most of the awards in the group's record.

Events and production
MCI Events & Productions is established for event management and production, and has since delivered more than 500 events.

Technology and aviation
Two companies open in the same year: MCI IT Solutions, for technology talent and managed IT delivery, and MCI Aviation Manpower, for ground, cabin and aerospace staffing.

The Financial Times and Straits Times rankings were compiled by Statista, and because the 2024 editions have since been retired, they cannot be linked directly. Most Permanent Residence cases depend on employment: the pass you hold, your salary history, your CPF record, and whether your employer will confirm the details you need. Your case is fully staffed, not handled in a single meeting. These six functions are assigned at your first consultation and remain with your case until the outcome.
Consultant
First consultation and case scoping
Gathers the full picture at your first meeting, including your pass, employment, salary, qualifications, family and time in Singapore, and then explains which routes are genuinely open to you and what each involves. If we believe your profile is not yet ready, this is when we will tell you.
Case officer
Your single point of contact throughout
Takes responsibility for your file from the first consultation to the outcome, so you will not need to explain your circumstances again to someone new. The case officer coordinates the other specialists and handles all correspondence with the authorities, including any requests for further information.
Case strategist
Route, presentation and timing
Decides which scheme to apply under, when to submit, and which aspects of your profile to emphasise, based on the factors ICA and MOM consider, so that any gaps are addressed before a reviewing officer encounters them.
Financial reviewer
Income, CPF and evidence of support
Checks your CPF records, IRAS assessments, salary history and evidence of support for consistency with the forms. Inconsistencies in these records are among the most common avoidable difficulties in unsuccessful applications.
Document specialist
Forms, translations and attestation
Ensures that forms are completed correctly, arranges certified translations, and organises notarisation or embassy attestation where a document requires it.

Version control and the submission record
Manages version control and expiry dates, and keeps a complete record of what was submitted and when, so that we can answer precisely if ICA later raises a question.

How we advise our clients.
No consultancy approves applications; that decision rests with ICA. A firm that guarantees an outcome is offering something that is not within its power to give.
Our role is to assess your profile against the factors the authorities consider, to give you our honest view of whether this is the right time to apply, and to prepare a submission that leaves nothing for a reviewing officer to infer. Where we believe it would serve you better to wait and strengthen your case first, we will tell you so, even if it means we are not engaged.
- We do not publish an approval rate, because no consultancy is able to substantiate one.
- We do not promise outcomes, and we make no promises about what happens if an application is declined. We commit to thorough preparation and to telling you honestly where your profile stands.

Questions we are often asked.
Is Immigration Express a legitimate firm?
Yes. We are a registered Singapore company operating from an office at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability in Jurong East, and you are very welcome to visit us. We are a private consultancy and are not affiliated with ICA, MOM or any government agency, as we state on every page.
Are you connected to ICA in any way?
No, and neither is any other immigration consultancy in Singapore. ICA states clearly that it is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, commercial immigration firms. A firm implying a relationship with ICA would be misrepresenting itself, and we would regard that as a reason to look elsewhere.
Can you guarantee approval?
No consultancy is able to guarantee approval, and we would be cautious of any firm that claims otherwise. The decision rests with ICA alone. What we can offer is thorough preparation, a candid assessment of your profile before you commit to anything, and our honest view of whether this is the right time to apply.
Why are you open on public holidays?
Many of our clients work full time on a pass and cannot easily take a weekday morning off work to attend a consultation. A public holiday is often the only weekday on which they are free, and that is precisely when most consultancies are closed.
